It is time to bring Lotro-ians together, to make it easier for all of us to communicate in a simple and fun way!
Discord is a VoIP, like Teamspeak or Mumble, but it is way better, more elegant and very easy to use.
We use it for group activities and meetings, but mostly when we just want to hang out and have fun.
You can use Discord without having to download anything, or you can download the Discord Client.
The Discord Client is available for free on both PC, Mac, Android and in
the App-store - so that we can chat and hang out even when we are not
playing lotro!
You can message specific people privately, create groups and much much more!
We are now happy to invite all of you to come and join us in our Discord server!
You can join by yourself, just to meet new players, or join with a bunch
of friends, if you are tired of the poor quality of the in-game voice
system. You can also join to join our gaming music channels, PvP Music
and Radio.
You can bring as many friends as you would like!
You can either chill out with us in the lobby, go to another channel, or have a private channel that we can set up for you!
If you are the leader of a kinship, you can contact our server admins to
get your own channel on our server, a channel where you will have full
admin privileges and much more!
The possibilities are endless!
This saves you from having to set up a server on your own, managing it
and making sure that it always runs smoothly. And, more importantly, you
get to be a part of this new central hub for Lotro!
The goal of this project is to make it easier for lotro-players to hang out, connect, get help and hang out.
